Our new Director of Sales, Beth Bjorklund, comes to us with a background in delighting customers, and passions for flying and delicious cuisine. If you know Air Gourmet, then you know that makes Beth a great match for our team, our culture, and our approach to inflight catering.

Beth has been working in the Business Aviation industry since 2007. Her passion for the airline industry began in 2002 when Beth was a commercial flight attendant for Horizon Air. She grew up in Northern California and has worked in the food and hospitality industry for most of her life. She is passionate about providing excellent service and quality of product. Her extensive in-flight knowledge, outstanding customer service skills, love of food and entertaining has led Beth to call Air Gourmet home.
