Welcoming new Head Pastry Chef, Eirene Fulgencio

 

We’re proud to announce Eirene Fulgencio, veteran of Thomas Keller’s Bouchon and Jose Andres’ Tres and Bazaar Restaurants, has joined Air Gourmet as Head Pastry Chef. This baking dynamo says “I’m passionate about meeting those special orders, and learning new ways of cooking, like vegan and gluten-free.” Eirene’s creativity with all things sweet is unrivaled, and we’re glad to welcome her to the team.
